Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published on the vc77 platform and may be updated periodically. PKR transaction limits may differ between payment methods. Players with verified Accounts in good standing may apply to the support team for review of their transaction limits.
Withdrawal requests submitted by Players with fully verified Accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one business day. vc77 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request that requires additional compliance review, including enhanced KYC checks or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. No withdrawal will be processed against an Account with an outstanding KYC requirement.
The vc77 platform operates exclusively in PKR. All displayed balances, wager amounts, winnings, and bonus values are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion is applied to domestic PKR transactions.
vc77 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, banks) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside vc77's control.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any withdrawal of Bonus-derived winnings is permitted. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, vc77 will attempt to settle the round or wager based on the last confirmed server-side game state. vc77 is not liable for any losses arising from network failures on the Player's side. If a game result cannot be determined due to a server-side error, the wager will be refunded to the Player's Account Balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vc77 platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Accounts closed due to fraud or material breach of these Terms may have their Balance forfeited in full.
